GPS K9 Serving Communities Across Connecticut

Group of diverse young people sitting at tables in an art gallery, engaging in discussion. Colorful paintings and artworks decorate the walls behind them, with bright yellow supporting panels accentuating the exhibition space.

We make learning engaging and accessible through:

  • Gamification that gets people moving and interacting

  • Leadership and teamwork challenges

  • Hands-on dog handling experiences

  • Community-building activities

  • Fun giveaways and prizes to keep the energy high

Our programs meet people where they are and give them tools they can use immediately — with dogs, with each other, and within themselves.

Group of people, including children and adults, holding flowers in a room decorated with colorful geometric wall art, with a black dog sitting on the wooden floor in the foreground.

Participants learn how their energy, emotions, and communication patterns affect dogs — and, more importantly, how those same patterns show up in their own lives.

Whether we’re working with youth leadership groups, recovery programs, re-entry organizations, or community partners, our workshops help people build confidence, calm, and connection.

At GPS K9, we use dog training as a mirror for human behavior.
